the daily pause journal
DIGITAL + PRINTABLE
A digital journal designed to help you slow down for a few moments, check in with yourself, and notice the small everyday things that can be easy to overlook but make your day a little better.
No long, drawn-out journalling sessions. No confusing prompts. Just a few minutes to pause and reconnect.
The goal? To make time for yourself each day, feel more in tune with how you’re feeling, and find a little more peace and joy in the everyday.
Buy The Daily Pause Journalwhy I made it
I noticed that the prompts in a lot of daily journals seemed to assume that every day was particularly meaningful or productive. But in reality (at least in mine), I know that’s not always the case. And on those days when you feel like getting through it is all you can expect of yourself, answering questions about what you achieved or learned that day can feel pretty deflating.
I created The Daily Pause Journal with that in mind. I wanted to keep the prompts simple and relevant so they’re easy to answer, whatever kind of day you’re having, and so you’d come away feeling a little lighter and more positive, not feeling like you haven’t done enough.
why you’ll love it
A simple way to check in with yourself. Take a few minutes each morning and evening to intentionally reconnect with yourself and how you’re feeling.
A chance to notice the little things. Become more mindful of the small moments that bring you peace or joy, even on the most ordinary of days.
Low-pressure prompts. No pressure to write pages of reflections or come up with the perfect answers. A few words or a short sentence is enough.
A daily practice that fits into real life. With just a handful of simple prompts, journalling doesn’t have to become another lengthy task on your to-do list that you end up dreading.
Your own personal reminders. A dedicated space for the thoughts, words and reminders you sometimes need to hear, particularly on the days when you’re not feeling your best.
A list of the things that make you feel good. Build a list of the things you enjoy, big and small, that you can return to whenever you need a little time for yourself.
